I have a problem concerning Win95, 98. On startup I can use my ISA 56K modem
V.90 in a DOS box without problems. On exiting the DOS box I can use my
modem under windows as many times as I like, but when I open the DOS box a
second time the modem will not be recognized under DOS until I startup
again. However under windows it keeps working fine.
