Can anyone send me the complete command set for the Hayes 4703US
modem? 

 I have no manual, all the manual stuff I can find on the net is for
other modems. There are some special S-registers in the 4703US which I
cannot find out the use of, and there must be some way to get this
modem to talk at something over 33.6!

This 4703US modem seems to be a real oddball, or else it's broken.
