Been working on this damn modem problem for awhile. I'm running a Creative Modem Blaster Flash56 PCI Flex/V.90 (HCF "soft" modem). Wasn't getting a V.90 connection into a V.90 3Com servers. I've tried dozens of different Rockwell inf files from different manufacturers. I found one that for now is working, I've connected twice tonight (both tries) at V.90 with a decent 49k and 50k although throughput still sucks on download. WebPages load up quickly, downloads still suck but that's probably the server the download is coming from plus lag times. Any way I don't remember where I got this driver file from but I can e-mail it to anyone that wants it. Rockwell HCF 56K Data,Fax,Speakerphone PCI Modem FM-56PCI-RW 1998/10/26 V2.1.2.135 HCF Let me know if you want me to send it to ya :) To everyone that responded (good and bad), Thank you for your help, even the assholes had some good points even if I didn't want to hear it :) Thanks Van Tully VanT@powernetonline.com
