In regards to modems such as BOCA's "TIDALWAVE 56K" how would the following sentance be interpreted, "... allows you to answer an incoming telephone call and when the call is complete, it takes you back to where you were on the web."? Is it stating that you can answer an incoming telephone call on the same line that you are actively using to brows the web? If so does this system actually work with a single line connection the way call waiting does in regular telephone operations or does it require the two modem setup (ie. Diamonds "Shotgun" technology)? Info is much appreciated. EJ

I think I read the Same Statement on their Web Page or somewhere and The Way I Interpreted it was that It will (assuming you have call waiting) disconnect you, let you answer the phone call, and then when you're done talking go back to where you were. I don't know for sure it seems like a pretty vague statement, doesn't it? It disconnects you, lets you take the call, and then when the line is free again reconnects you to the Internet and resumes a download or brings you back to the same location. The information can be found at the web site. It is explained fairly good actually. URL is: http://www.bocaresearch.com/docs/tidalwav.htm Scroll to the bottom of the document.
