Hi everyone,
I currently have a USR Courier v.32 bis fax with ASL modem.  I am running it
at 14.4.  Is there a flash upgrade out there that makes my modem a 28.8 or
higher?

No.  But check with 3Com to see if the Courier upgrade program is still in
effect.
