Shiva Lanrover Rollover problems with Win 2000

I have two Shiva Lanrover devices, each has 8 ports. The Windows 2000
workstation clients have one com port configured with both the Shiva1 and
Shiva2 devices. If Shiva device 1 is full, when attempting to dial out, it
does not roll over to Shiva device 2. It just stops with an error related
to unavailable ports. Prior to W2k (Win 9x,NT), Shiva 1 would roll over to
Shiva 2, if Shiva 1 was full. My only work around for this is to have the
users manually choose their Shiva devices, prior to dialing out.

Any helpful thoughts are appreciated.

It sounds like you have 2 groups of incoming phone lines, 1 for each LR.
If so, is there a reason all 16 can't be in one telco hunt group, with
one lead phone # ??

Thanks Reed,

All my lines are already in a hunt group. Only two of my lines are inbound
the rest are all outbound only. My rollover problems involve outbound
calls. Anything else?
