You have been posting to A.F.N. as "free.load". Now that I post using 
my A.F.N. nym "Hummingbird", you have immediately copied it and 
started posting as "Hummingbird".

Could I ask respectfully request you continue to post using your 
original nym ("free.load") because your change of nym to mine 
("Hummingbird") is causing unnecessary confusion in A.F.N.

(1) I have the impression you feel you actually OWN a particular nym 
for all newsgroups and across the whole Usenet.  Almost anyone can 
able to tell you this is mistaken.  Can you accept the informed 
opinion you have sought?

(2) You were concerned about entries in my FROM field and I hope I 
have quickly made the necessary changes to make sure I do not break 
any rules.

(3) You say Octanews is particularly lax in enforcing rules.  The 
truth is that Octanews knows the rules well and is not able to change 
them just because you have a new interpretation.  Another NSP would 
tell you exactly the same.

(4) Could you be applying double standards? You have explained how you 
made Giganews remove your IP address and you also use individual.net 
which withholds your IP address.  As you have told A.C.Freeware many 
times your account name is "toucano" at Plus Net there is nothing left 
to hide from that group.  The question is why are you so keen to hide 
your IP address and is it to do with unsavory high jinx you are 
getting up to elsewhere?
