Ah... there it does get a little complicated... Know any 
programmers? I have seen MANY websites of indiv. software 
authors who offer to write custom software for you.

Depending on how lazy ;-] you are it might by worth looking 
into... Software is a LOT easier to write these days... 
Something like you need shouldn't be very much work.
