The first public beta NicMeter has been released. And best of all its freeware. NicMeter is a handy little tool that allows you to monitor and log all network usage on all of your network interface cards. This is very makes it very useful if you want to record how much bandwidth you are using, view the current connection status set alerts and notifications based on network usage. The main reason for NicMeters creation was that there where no good quality freeware utititys that did the job, there where a few good shareware ones like DUMeter, but I don't really think it cuts the mustard for the money. see www.nicmeter.com for more information.
