Its people who can't be bothered to write pages that downgrade
gracefully to older browsers who are lazy.

Such people should put a banner on their entry page saying:

"Unless you're running IE4 or NS4 then don't bother to visit my site
because I'm a selfish pratt".

There's a lot of people using the net who can't afford the hardware to
run IE4 or NS4. Ever tried running them on a 386 - or even a 66Hz 486
with 16M memory?
