Well, there is this http://www.evernote.com/ I use OneNote personally. One of Microsoft's better applications. Really brilliant for keeping tabs on stuff going on, on long complicated projects. If you're just looking for a way to print to a document, instead of an actual printer, you can use the Bullzip PDF printer. (Sorry if this is off the mark, I'm just guessing at your meaning.)
