BINGO FOR UNCLE BULLY!!!

The power supply fan usually will make about 80 to 90% of the noise
coming from a computer. However, hard drives play a major as well...
they take no. 2 spot on the list and finally, internal fans take spot
number 3... 

so replace that fan in your power supply if u know how to or just buy
another power supply that fits your system and is quieter...
