Hmm, I think your a little confused here. All UK(I'm guessing you're UK, sorry if you're not) power supplies run off 230-240 volts. The power output is measured in Watts (W) and is what will determine how much load it can handle. A 240*W* power supply would probably be able to handle a Duron, but it's a little on the low side, depending on how many other devices (CD drives etc) are connected to it.
