Plz. I got a Hard Drive problem.. could you help me???

After I installed Nuts and Bolts 98 all went well but once I was
forced to reboot my computer manually, I got the Nuts and Bolts
scandisk starting at the starup.  It told me that one of my file was
corrupted and there was some choices but unfortunatly I hitted the
wrong choice... It erased the hard drive space.. I got a 12.9 gigs and
now windows is saying that it is 12 gigs. DOes anybody knows how to
fix it without deleting my existing partition and doing another?
