Stephan:

You may find that the cleanest, easiest way to install these OS's on the same
machine would be to use PowerQuest's PartitionMagic software to set up the
partitions on your primary bootable drive. If you already have an operating
system installed on the machine, PartitionMagic will create the other partitions
without affecting any of the data or programs you already have on the drive.
Once the partitions are created, installed the other operating systems is
simple: just set the partition you want to install an OS to as the Active
partition, boot to it, install the OS, then go back to PartitionMagic and set
the next partition Active, until you're done. Afterward, you can use IBM's Boot
Manager (included with PartitionMagic) to manage which OS to boot to.

This is a basic outline of a detailed process. For more details, check out our
website at www.powerquest.com. The Support area of the site includes Technical
White Papers that cover a multi-operating system setup that you may find
helpful.
