CPU2: PANIC: swapseg - i/o error in swap
No multiprocessing debugger registered
CPU2: Trying to dump 24223 pages to dumpdev hd (1/41) at block 0

i got this error last week and the whole system crashed. i hit the space
bar on the console and it rebooted.

our system is an acer/altos 15000 server with 4 scsi-2 hard drives, 96
megs of ecc ram, running altos/sco unix 3.2 4.1a0 with altos sco mpx
supplement version 2.0.

anyone know why we got this error and how to fix it?
