I have noticed this as well.  I own a CTX CMS-1561LR which is not listed
as supported in Windows '95.  In order to obtain the scan frequencies I
needed, I simply chose a CTX 21" monitor from the list, knowing very well
it would offer a variety of frequencies.  The only caveat in performing
this operation is that you may not be able to access resolutions above
1024x768 without "tweaking" your monitor.
