How do I Disable NEC ready 9022 onboard soundcard?

I want to disable onboard soundcard of 9022 READY NEC. Do not have
documentation. Except a real fluffy OEM 95 disk specific for this machine. I
would have to install this miserable 95 to get any machine specific
documentation. The documentation probably wouldn't help anyway. Besides
doing this install would blow away my smoking retail 95. I'm not ready for
that and I don't want to partition right now. HAve E-mailed NEC but never
recieve a response. This board doesnot have any dipswitches that I can tell
unless there extremely well hidden. however I have spotted 3 rows of on
board jumper pins. One is for speed, one is for FEATURES and one is for
WAVCON. I only understand the speed jumper pins. Can anyone recommend
perhaps a website with this sort of information. NEC site does not have info
for anything over 3 years old. there is no way I bother with NEC anymore for
support. I am on my own here. I need obscure information about an obscure
PC.
