What is the proper way to connect an Audigy Card to a Plextor CDRW and a Pioneer 116 DVD player? Audigy card has one S/PDIF CD audio cables connector and two analog CD audio connector. I assume (as per instructions) the S/PDIF goes to the DVD and the analog to the CDRW, but why? Why can't you use digital S/PDIF to CDRW? Why cant you connect both drives to both analog and digital connectors and toggle in windows? Wouldn't S/PDIF provide a better signal than analog? Can I use some sort of S/PDIF Y adapter to connect S/PDIF to both? Someone please explain the reasoning behind these connections. Thanks
