IRQ settings with Promise Ultra ATA-100 TX2 & Soundblaster Live Value

I've read some posts suggesting a conflict when using a Promise ATA-100 and
Soundblaster Live!.

I am not sure if this conflict only arises when using a particular chipset,
etc, (ie, AMD, VIA). So maybe my setup would be okay. But the solution
offered was ensure that soundblaster is on its own IRQ.

Given the following info, how should I rearrange my setup, if necessary?
Thanks!:

I have 5 PCI slots. PCI1 is open and sits right below my AGP video card.
PCI2-3 are open. PCI4 has my data/fax modem. PCI5 has my Soundblaster Live!
Value card.
