Sounds like the contacts on the RAM card could use some cleaning. Whipe a
pure rubber eraser over the contacts a few times, and re-insert the
RAM-card into the socket - just remember to blow off rubber garbage.

Also check the RAM-sockets for dust or dirt - a vacuum cleaner can help
with that.

You want a wild suggestion? If there's too much cooling paste on the CPU,
it'll start to run when hot, and since it's electrically conductive, it can
destroy your CPU and mobo...
