Hi all..


We noticed that when a game goes back to the desktop
of win98 and then waits there to answer the call, the problem occures.
When another game stays in his "envirement" (sorta dos modus ?)
the game connects properly.
We noticed that after trying to play 2 games which got back to the
desktop and then wouldn't connect the modem.

It seems now that going back to the desktop makes the modem
disable to connect to eachother (only at my side).
When playing games like Grand Theft Auto or Virtual cop 2 there
is no problem here because the "waiting for answer" stays in the game
itself or in that sorta dosmodus and doesn't go to the desktop...

I will try later to start a game when my screen is at 640*480/16 bit or
other
rates and see if it helps, maybe because i start the game on my desktop
with 1024*768/16 the problem occurs...but i can't see the point why it
doesn't
connect then...
My friends computer has no problem, he also starts the game from a
1024*768/16
desktop, he has the same videocard, a viper550 Agp and we haven't problems
for the
rest to play anything, except he can't call my modem for gameplay when the
"waiting for answer" screen is on my desktop.

Still any thoughts ?
