Fry's is advertising 128MB of PC100 for $164. (Also, they have a Seagate UDMA/33 8.6GB HD for $199!!!). So, around $1/MB for RAM and less than $20/GB for fast HDs, not to mention prices heading toward $100 for 300Mhz Pentium-class CPUs and high performance 2D/3D cards for as little as $100..... it's a great time to build or upgrade a PC, even if prices do drop a little more in the future.
