ESC has specialized in the areas of manufacturing and distribution though we
have a some strength in financials (particularly Product Costing and
Manufacturing Accounting) and Payroll/HR.  Many of our consultants have
specific skills that are not readily found in the general consultant

After 20 years in MIS management for manufacturing firms, Norm now brings 6
years of JDEdwards manufacturing and distribution implementation experience to
JDEdwards market!  An Expert in Configuration Management, Norm is perfect for
those JDEdwards clients who provide products made for their customers� needs.
Norm has gotten his hands dirty in many implementations of JDEdwards
Configuration Management, PDM, MRP, MPS, DRP, SFC, Product Costing, Inventory,
SOP, and Purchasing.  He also has a strong background in AT issues such as
networking infrastructure and telecommunications.


Adrian:	THE PAYROLL PROFESSIONAL!

Keep your employees happy by properly set up and functioning Payroll and
Human Resources.  Adrian is the person who has the experience to make sure
those critical systems are setup effectively!  With over 3 years experience
implementing JDEdwards Payroll and Human Resources throughout the world and
the experience of implementing Payroll in many foreign countries, Adrian has
become expert in the localization issues of many Latin American and Pacific
Rim countries.

Victor:	PLANT AND EQUIPMENT MAINTAINER

Victor will help keep your plant and equipment working at the highest level of
efficiency by implementing JDEdwards� Plant and Equipment Maintenance module.
Victor recently helped a major aerospace and automotive manufacturer implement
Plant and Equipment Maintenance in plants throughout the U.S.    He has
extensive experience in implementing JDEdwards manufacturing modules, Plant
Equipment Maintenance, Product Costing, Inventory, SOP, Advanced Pricing,
Purchasing and Job Cost.
