Contact: Recruiter Phone: 888-663-3626 Fax: Click Apply On-Line Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst to operate as a liaison between business groups and IT to determine appropriate IT-related solutions to business problems. This position will provide analysis, definition, and direction to development, deployment, and maintenance activities. The Analyst will ensure correct business functionality, requirements, and that good business practices are addressed within all IT applications and provides support for the JD Edwards World ERP System. The Business Analyst is a member of the Applications Group which reports to the Director and Information Technology and maintains a shared authority over any external Consultants. The selected Analyst must be able to maintain operation and configuration of an ERP System to include custom applications, EDI, and interfaces to software packages. This position must be able to investigate necessary requirements for business, troubleshoot system and performance ongoing issues, and assist with business applications (where technical support is required). The Analyst will work with other IT staff and consultants to support projects, including the support of RF/bar-coding software applications. IT business-related activities include: contract review, purchasing, negotiations, project management, software licensing, budget support, issue/trend reporting.
