Contact: Recruiter Phone: 888-663-3626 Fax: Click Apply On-Line Description: The Business Analyst operates as a liaison between business groups and IT, to determine appropriate IT-related solutions to business problems. This role provides analysis, definition and direction to development, deployment and maintenance activities and ensures correct business functionality, requirements, and good business practice are addressed within all IT applications. The Business Analyst also provides support for JD Edwards World ERP System; maintains operation and configuration of ERP System, including custom applications, EDI and interfaces to software packages; investigates necessary requirements for business; troubleshoots system and performance issues ongoing. The Business Analyst is a member of the applications group, reports to the Director, Information Technology and maintains a shared authority over any external Consultants. The candidate chosen for this role will assist with business applications, where technical support is required; works with other IT staff and consultants to support projects; support RF/barcoding software applications; and perform IT business-related activities: contract review, purchasing, negotiations, project management, software licensing, budget support and issue/trend reporting. Qualified candidates must have experience/skills with the duties and responsibilities listed for this position. Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
