I'm running WARftp 1.7b01 and have had sporatic problems with Windows
users unable to FTP upload to my server.  WAR logs error 500s 'dunno how
to interpret empty lines'...but even with debug-level logging, could not
identify the issue.

This problem has been killing me for months...did another round of
packet tracking and finally believe I have identified ICS as the root
cause:

I'm open to any possible workarounds, besides tossing ICS?
