When i try to make an MDI-app I get this error.

PASDBK16.DLL caused a General protection fault at 0002:216E.
Shutdown of Delphi is recommended.

Can anyone help me?
I really need this becasue I'm making an MDI-app.

It used to work. And I've reinstalled both Delphi 1.0 AND Win95.
