A few months ago I downloaded a copy of Sam's Teach Yourself Delphi 4 in 21
days from the internet.
I would like to do the same with the book Sam's Teach Yourself Borland C++
Builder 3 in 21 days.
I know they have it on http://www.itknowledge.com
but when I try to download some chapters the site doesn't respond. Is there
anywhere a mirror available on the web as there was for the Delphi book ?

Thanks in advance,
Coen

Please also respond by private e-mail since my news server is often down.
