Here is my question: how to set focus to one of the edit controls in one
window using Borland C++ compiler 3.1?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Here is the job: get the unique symbol from user, check if it's
in the database file. If in the data file, fill the rest fields
with the info in the file; if not in the database file user fills
in the rest of the fields and get the database updated.
---------------------------------------
|symbol | field1 |field2 |field3 |
---------------------------------------
|_ | | | |
---------------------------------------
Here is what I am doing: create one row of cells (edit controls),
prompt the user to the first edit box, get input, then prompt
the second edit box. etc... till the user finishes the first
row. Then create the second row of cells, etc... till the user
indicates the end of input. Save the contents to a file, print
out, and refresh the windows to the start.
Maybe there is a better, eassier way to do it?
Could anyone help?
Thank you.
Charlie
