I've seen OWL HOW but submitting information is quite a pain. there are all
these hoops you have to go through like making html files and formating code(
major problem because my code looks like crap outside the ide. I don't know why
the indents are screwed). Anyways, another site called codeguru.com for MFC
doesn't have these rules. All you need is a simple text explanation and the
site op does the html
