I would like to create a program that can read from a text file stored
online, modify an html file according to the info found in the text file,
then upload the html file via FTP to my webspace provider. I am not allowed
to use cgi scripts so I think I have to have a program that can run from my
computer. I am familiar with c++, but only with an itermediate level of
knowledge. I usually use Borland C++ Builder to write my programs, so if
anyone knows of any components I could download for free that would
accomplish what I'm trying to do, that would be very helpful. Otherwise, any
help you can provide is welcome, as I haven't the slightest clue on how to
get started on something like this.

Please email any suggestions you may have to bjserink@home.com
Thanks for you time.
