Parallel Port Help

#660

I have developed a little stepper motor circuit, and now require to turn on
some bits on the DATA port. I have some of the user input and menus done,
but can't get the Parallel Port to turn the stepper. The port is set up
correct, as I can turn on and off DATA bits on a test board. So I'm looking
for help to get me going. The way this should work, is when the user pushes
a key the program sets Data bit 1 to low and turns on my circuit "this works
as if I ground the circuit low the motor turns". On the motor I have an
optic that is read back to the BUSY #11. This counts the number of times
the wheel turns, and when equal to 360 the program prints "1 Complete Turn".
This will do this for 50 complete turns , and quite. If the count doesn't
equal 360 on any one of the turns, the program will print "Defective Optic
and Reel" and go back to the main menu.

Thanks
Clinton
