So, it took you two and a half weeks to think up such a witty retort?  My, my,
how sharp you are.

Did you stop to consider that maybe the topic of overloading new and delete
quite often covers several *chapters* in C++ books?  In other words, this is
not a topic that can be discussed quickly in a newsgroup.
