Sorry. You are off-topic in all the NG you posted to.
You need to find a newsgroup which specifically deals with
Windows programming.
You might want to search the Microsoft Newsserver
news.microsoft.com
for a group that fits.

This group discusses only standard C++, which doesn't
not anything about ActiveX components.
