Hello, Here is my problem. On a php-page, there is a form. When it is submitted to another php-page, I can not use my navigator to go back. If I do it, fields of my form are resetted. I would like to have them filled with the informations I previously entered. I think it is possible as I've seen it on many websites. Can you please explain me why it happens and what I can do ? Thanks, Seb Delcampe ( http://www.delcampe.com ) // CodeWhenIDoASearch: sdelcampe_question

Yes, of course, it's possible. php doesn't use cache memory, so it' recalls the php-page as a new page. So, you have 2 solutions : 1) use this page like as a HTML page. with ext (.html) 2) you must before save datas filled in fields of the from page, by a submit, with a click button or with an onclick(); which calls a javascript to submit datas before coming back. And when you come back to the previous page, you could do a query in your database. and you could fill in the form page. -- @+ Email : ikaze@free.fr Site : http://ikaze.free.fr/index.html Site : http://www.ikaze.free.fr/index.html (Portail de galeries d'Arts, ordinateurs, i-News,FAQ, PHP, Flash, Forum, Chat...)
