Hello.

  Oxygen SMS ActiveX Control allows you to send and receive messages, read
and
  write default SMS centre number, get stored message count, read and delete
  from SMS inbox. The control can be incorporated into any programming
  environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. Microsoft Visual Basic,
  Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++
Builder).

  Main features:

  - Supports Nokia 5110, 5130, 5190, 6110, 6130, 6150, 6190 GSM phones.
  - Allows to send SMS messages through any SMS centre.
  - Automatically generates events as SMS message or delivery report come.
  - Allows to read and delete messages from SMS inbox.
  - Can be used in any programming environment supporting ActiveX (e.g.
Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland
Delphi, Borland C++ Builder).
