im not the one who gave it...

someone else gave him the site and he wondered why it was bad. i simply told
him it wouldnt work because the site was an FTP server, not a web server. i
then went on to say he should be able to resume download via ftp, proxy or
not, because this ftp server supports it...maybe not, but it should work.

maybe next time you will read the message, or for that matter, read the
thread before you go mouthing off.
