Just wondering if anyone knows of any programs for win98 that will allow
me to limit bandwidth, I can't put win2000 or XP on right now, so I've
just got this to work with.. The problem is with my Brother, 21 going on
6, downloading copulous amounts of DragonballZ episodes and getting me
capped in the 4th of the month.

Any ideas to throttle B/W and not him much appreciated

put a nice 56k modem in and remove the (presumably) USB modem from his
profile  (assuming seperate logons.)  and then see how many DBZ episodes he
can download


or maybe (i've not tried this) you could adjust the connection speed of your
broadband modem in the hardware settings again for his profile and not yours

just a thought
