Any changes in the system, like some burn softwares? Any new anti-virus
software installed? Did the same Nero 6 version used for Sony 32 and
52? If not, roll back to the version that was used with Sony 32. Or,
update to the latest Nero 6.

However, oversize media, such as your 800-MB, have high error rates and frequently fail at writing data. If your image is only slightly too large for the 700, try overburning. Then why don't you STFU?
BTW: the error given is not enough disk space on media

Was overburn used?
the iso was originally burnt onto a standard pioneer 700 meg disk
using a sony 32x12 burner
Maybe this poster should have used overburn for 85M, Mikey?

Subject: Nero 6 claiming all blank CDs have insufficient space
Date: 2/14/04
Suddenly, it seems my copy of Nero 6 thinks all my blank CDs don't
have enough space to accept a recording. I make a compilation, like
the one right now which is 85 megs, and pop in a blank disc, and
upon trying to burn it, I get the following error dialog:
"There is not enough space to burn this compilation onto this disc.
Please insert another disc that provides more space...
======================================
Anyhow, do you now know all about overburn, Mikey?

Not in my experience.
An audio disc without a leadout ... will read in ANY player
up to the point where the data ends provided it was burned DAO.
Failed data discs burned DAO will behave similarly,
any complete files will be readable in any reader.

Consult the Nero supported drive page to find out what version started
supporting the Sony 42x:

Some older Nero are here:
