Why is it that I can't make a jewel case from a .cl4 layout ? I made a CD of .cda files - they get named track01,02,etc. OK. The CD ejects when done. Then it prompts for the jewel case program. (Roxio v1.05) I saved the track info in an EZCD creator layout .cl4 file when I made the CD. I can call up the track info on the screen - in EZCD. WHY CAN'T ROXIO'S/ADAPTEC'S JEWEL CASE CREATOR PROGRAM IMPORT THAT INFO !!?? They wrote it ! I always have to retype everything. (Or do a screen capture and print the image as the index.) Is the jewel case program really this stupid or is it me ? ( no wise-cracks)

Jewel case creator can not see *.cl4 files. In order to import track data into Jewel case creator the CD must be installed in your CD drive. It will then compare the CD with the Audio track data that Easy CD creator stored in your windows registry when you first dnld'd the track data. Don't ask me why it works this way as I agree with you and came across this annoyance once myself. So you have to have the CD inserted for Jewel case creator to get any track data whatsoever.
