    Hello,

I am looking for a reasonably priced 600x1200 dpi scanner. I need a
parallel
port scanner. Which one of the two are better? I mainly use it for photo
scanning. I am looking for good color accuracy, high resolution. Speed
is
    not such a problem.

    UMAX 1220P

    CANON FB610

Any known problems of the two?

Anyone has got better ones to suggest?

    Thanks.

    Please email vip@poboxes.com
