I have a problem with my 9636T scanner.
As I load the Textbridge software off the CD I am asked to select a
scanner driver to install.
In the box it has only TWAIN, which is already selected.
When I click Continue the next box asks me to select a source, but
the box is empty, and so the installation cannot proceed. I believe the box
should contain the words <flatbed scanner>.
Any help is appreciated.

Between installing the scanner driver, and installing the Textbridge 
software, there needed to be a re-boot. Did it happen??

I know it sounds a little silly, but when you say TWAIN is already
selected it may be highlighted but not selected. Have you tried
actually selecting it before clicking continue? I seem to remember
something like this when I was installing my software but can't
remember the details.
