Whats better GForce 2MX DDR or GForce 4MX SDR

Hi all could someone tell me which would be a better buy. A GeForce 2 MX
with DDR ram or a GeForce 4 MX with SDR Ram. The reason i have chosen these
2 is because they are the same price i know the  GeForce 4MX is faster but
would the DDR ram help push the speed of games up on a GeForce 2 MX.

Tom's Hardware Guide have recently updated their graphics card charts. They
have used fast pc systems from both Intel and AMD for testing.
They say that they will repeat the tests for slower pc's in the near future.

As far as I'm aware all Geforce 4 cards use DDR ram

GF2 MX with DDR has only 64 bit memory bus, which would would perform about
equal to a GF2 MX with SDR memory (128 bit memory bus). In that case, GF4 MX
SDR looks like a better choice. If possible, you should try to spend a
little more and get the GF4 MX 440 instead of that GF4 MX 420 equipped with
SDR. You'll get a little higher core speed and DDR memory.

I thought all Geforce 4 mx's used DDR ram with the MX4420 using 64bit as
compared to the 128bit of MX440 and MX460.

Um, if memory serves me correctly though there was a Geforce4 MX400 which is
now discontinued I beleive which used SDR.
