I recently bought a USB Creative Webcam off Yahoo auctions, and am using Win2000. It was fine at first, good picture quality etc,
but now it seems to have lost all concept of focus, no matter how dark or light. It's just - gone!

Examples:
BEFORE: members.nbci.com/mongmanor/webcam/Image007.jpg
AFTER: members.nbci.com/mongmanor/webcam/after.jpg

I didn't do anything to the machine within this time - apart from plug in the microphone, but I can't see how that would effect it.
Can anyone explain?

PS - Apologies for the X-Post, but I don't know what to do! I've tried contacting Creative themselves, but to no avail.
