It's the company with the most money = the best and most lawyers, that
usually "decides" the legal grounds for actions like this. It has
happened to some game-developers over the years, where a large company
suddenly has laid claim on names and ideas, thereby forcing the much
"smaller" developer to have to change everything, even after a release
has been made..  :-(
