Well, a lot of people who program DOS are upset with the way MS is trying
to force everyone to Windows. If you do games they you know there's now
way you can do an arcade type of game in Windows.  People are upset about
the lack of support by the government with regards to the poor quality and
bugs in Windows OS. The government doesn't support our right, they support
themselves. Because of the power and fame of Bill Gates, people in the 
government are afraid to cross him.  Don't expect that to change.
