Yes, it might give him the background to do that, but would it have any effect on him at all? He and his flunkies are not making decisions to benefit the computer industry or to make the world a better and nicer place. They are making decisions that will make them more money, give them control, and squeeze out the unbelievers. Bill Gates having a college education is not going to change that at all. : His fucked up decisions have cost the computer industry billions, and have : shipped billions more overseas to buy the RAM needed to run his bloated : software. That's where he's got his money, from selling out you and me. I agree with you, but again I say that if Bill Gates had a college education, it woudn't change the way Microsoft worked. It wouldn't change the way Windows is either. A college education does not automatically make a self-serving money-making sociopath into a benevolent dictator who will wisely guide the computer industry in the best possible directions. A college education is not some fabulous mantle of wisdom that is laid on one's head at graduation time. It wouldn't change people like Bill Gates at all. And I doubt if it could make him any richer and faster. And if you still believe that industry leaders have your welfare at heart, then I have this very large bridge across the harbour for sale.
