I'm not sure whether you are aware of this (or whether it will help you 
at all), but Novell does have an internal option that reroutes a single 
queue to multiple printers, based on which printer has the shortest 
queue. You do this by defining one queue, say QUEUE_MULTI, and then 
when you are asked to define what printers it has, just type in all the 
printers you want to include, and Novell does the rest. That way you can 
keep the capture to one queue, and Novell will reroute it to the best 
printer.
