I'm using ie4 and Win 95/ 8 (work & home). I know there are utilities which will "preload" all the pages linked to from one a parent web page (and that some servers block such access). (Are these any good, BTW? Which is best?) I'm looking for a similar utility, which will allow me to specify that I want to download (and save to disc) all files of a certain type linked to from a particular page - *.zip, *.exe, *.ttf, or whatever - and NOT follow links to other pages. Additionally/ alternatively, it might offer me a list of the files, and I could specify (tick box, or whatever) which I want downloading, and to where. Does such a beast exist? I don't know if it does quite what you want but the IE4 Powertoys include something to list all the links in a page in one place. -- Marcus Houlden ICQ: 29654055 http://www.deathsdoor.com/flimflam PGP Key ID: 0x1A1C2EA3 Fingerprint: A784 D8E5 D7AC 012F 602A 2685 F6C9 D602 1A1C 2EA3 Reply-to is valid, flim_flam@usa.net is a spam trap.

I use Page Sucker (downloaded from my local mirror of SimtelNet).
It seems to have the ability to do the first two of the above sets of
requirements. It doesn't offer a clickable list that I know of.

Harry.

There's a lot too it; I suspect I've only scratched the surface, but it seems to be the Bees Knees ;-) An icon sits in the system tray; click on it whole a web page is in the active window and you can see a list of all files, or files of specified types. A couple more clicks, and down they come. -- Andy Mabbett I've given up superstitious mumbo jumbo for Lent...
